Boo Seung-kwan (부승관; born January 16, 1998), known professionally as Seungkwan (승관), is a South Korean singer-songwriter under Pledis Entertainment. He is a member of the boy group SEVENTEEN, its Vocal Team and part of its special sub-unit BSS.
